The beginning to a great journey

I haven’t left the states yet, but I am already feeling the anticipation building.  I am so blessed to be able to take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity.  I am already 8k in the red and still going.  Nevertheless, I do not regret any decision I have made in regards to this adventure I am about to pursue.
Beginning in Florence, Italy on May 28th, I will be taking a magazine writing class and a photography class with Prof. Baker and Prof. Parrish.  Fourteen American students will be experiencing school (University of Florence of the Arts) in a culture full of adventures, history, and beauty. After five weeks of class in Italy, my brother, Seth, and my best friend, Brittany, will be joining me in Florence.  We will travel on train through Italy, France, and then finally Spain.
As a young 21-year-old, I have many learning experiences ahead of me.  I want to take advantage of as many opportunities to better myself as I can, and I hope to never be ungrateful for the blessings in my life.  Moreover, I want to tell each one of you that I am obliged that you are choosing to read my thoughts and journeys this summer.  I know that time is precious, so thank you for making my words apart of your lives.
I hope you will follow this blog (click on the "google follow" button to the right) this summer.  Please leave your thoughts at the bottom of each post.  “Torna presto” (come back soon). J
che Dio ti benedica,
Natalia
